Information on Commissions
When you purchase a costume from Wicked Cosplay you're paying for a garment that will match the measurements you've provided for us, specifications and alterations you wish to make to a design, and a ready to wear cosplay set. You can relax in knowing that we are taking care of all the details. Your custom price includes everything your character would wear to make them complete. No need to look anywhere else for accessories! And for those who already have accessories they wish to use; we offer a basic costume body at a reduced price. If you have any special requests or do not want a "complete" costume, please include this in your "extras" description when ordering.
We're happy to take on most any order. If there is a project that can't be done we will let you know.

ORDERS MUST:
- Be placed at least 3 months in advanced for Standard pricing.
- Be placed at least 3 weeks in advance for Rush pricing.
- Be complete.
- Be paid in full before the order is started/shipped.
Please note that your costume will not be started until your scheduled payments have arrived and will not be shipped until the final payment is received.
There are no refunds after your order is started. Upon shipment of your costume, you will have 2 weeks to notify us and send it back for free alterations. Any alterations needed after that time will be subject to our normal hourly charge. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you are completely dissatisfied with your costume, notify us and send it back within 7 days. We will send you a replacement costume.
STANDARD PRICING: Includes your material costs and labor. These prices are on each costume's page (or in your quote email after ordering) and do NOT include the shipping fees.
RUSHED PRICING: Includes your material costs and labor plus an additional priority fee. These prices can be found and calculated from each costume's page (or in your quote email after ordering) by adding at least $50 to the price. Priority fees may vary depending on a costume's needs.
PAYMENT METHODS
As of right now we only accept MoneyOrders, checks, and PayPal. Please note a small, additional fee will be added to PayPal users.
There are three systems you can choose from to pay for your costume:
1) Pay in full. You send us all the money, we send you your finished costume.
2) Pay as you go. First payment made is for materials, accessories, et cetera. Second payment will be for labor, shipping and handling. Costume will not be sent until final payments are made.
3) Auction for Time. Usually done when time is running short and there are too many costume orders for us. Usually happens around the Halloween and April-July.
--We will send you a quote for cost of material and how many units it will take to make the costume. The minimum bid you can make per unit is $4.50.
The 5 highest bidders need to send their check or MoneyOrder within 1 week or they will be knocked off the list and next highest bidders will take their place.
Auction excludes customers who's costumes are already being worked on and have been paid for.
