The costume progress

As of today Wicked Lady is about 90% done! YAAAY! The odangos are glued, but not yet styled. I need the right hairspray to get them to move how I want them to and then the final snaps, so hopefully early this week they will be done. I have her bangs cut to the best of my ability and those are now just waiting for hairspray styling too. Clips not applicable… I have recently ordered the rhinestones she needs too and those should be here by Friday… If they are not, then I will raise hell. Her earrings are coming along too. I have the first coat of paint on my glass prisms and will finish those tomorrow and hopefully get to build the rest of the earring onto that. Needless to say, I am intimidated by the earrings.

Lust’s wig is still in need of brushing, but her tape has been purchased! No luck on Sabbat’s shoes… But her halo is done and I have the paint for her horns! Still no clips for those once I’m done…

Nepherenia is getting some updated jewelry this year. It is officially my first attempt at working with plastic! Right now all the pieces are arranged together on my floor… I’m a bit… unsure as to what I should do with them now. Do I glue them? do I heat them? Which side do I heat? ._. As I just stare at them defeatedly. I know exactly what I’m going to do with their unison at least. I need to steam Nephi’s dress too! D: EEK!

I am still quite flustered with all I must do, but hopefully this week Sloth’s money will clear and I can start working on that. I am not happy with these time constraints! >( Almost 10 more days to go until Anime Expo is here, and tomorrow is Father’s Day. Happy Father’s Day daddies!
